Un lugar nuevo
Today, there was this really cool thing that happened.
So i had to stay afterschool to work at the library. The library was closed because they were having a meeting. I found my two friends lena & jenny. We went to the computer lab. 5 minutes later, some workout instructers came by and said we had to leave.
"Where will we go?" Said jenny.
Then we were walking somewhere and i was like woah.
I saw this balcony just right here. I have never noticed it before. It looked just like this.
What was so wierd was that I have never ever noticed this balcony before!
It sort of reminded me of that Dr. Who episode I watched where Dr. Who said:
"Now look from the corner of your eye, where you have always been afraid to look."
The girl looked and there was a door! She had never noticed this before!
At first Lena thought I was staring at some Lizard statue, but then when she saw it, she was like, "whoa!" Then Jenny was like, "oooooh!"
We were bamboozled.
So we tried to get up there. We tried the elevator. The gaurds locked it. Then we found some stairs. I walk up those stairs alot, yet I never noticed there were stairs leading to a third story!
We found the door and Lena said, "alright let's settle here!"
We did.
Jenny and I started "arguing" about what we should call our new spot.
"We should call it Kt's corner, since I saw it first!'
"Nah, Jenny's corner!"
"Do you wanna rock-paper-scissors for it?"
"challenge accepted."
She obviously won.
"I can negotiate! You get one half, I get the other!"
"Nope, it's all Jenny's!"
We started doing our homework. Then Lena said, "We should relocate our Asian corner up here!"
I replied, "omg, yes! That would be great! But we can't tell anyone, it has to be a suprise!"
"I bet they will be too lazy to move..." Mumbled Jenny.
"We will bring them here by force!" I exclaimed!
Me: "The only thing I hate about this corner is how dusty it is!"
Lena: "ohohoh we should have a choreday and clean everything up!"
Jenny: "we could vaccuum, mop, clean everything, make it perfect!"
We all agreed to do that. Well maybe not the cleaning part.
Then I asked, "wait, what if there are already some people that eat lunch up here?"
Lena replied, "Then that would be ackward!"
Lena had to leave so it was just Jenny and I. Jenny helped me review for my Spanish adverbial clauses test in Spanish tomorrow (i've got this!). Thank you Jenny!
"Jenny, there are a bunch of people that just walked by and when they saw our balcony, they looked mindblown!"
"yeah, I bet they are like why didn't I ever see that balcony? So cool! EEk!"
"by the way jenny, you have to let me take so of the credit for seeing the balcony first! lol!"
"okai!"
"you, me, and Lena are the official founders of the Asian corner!"
Jenny soon had to go. Then, at 5:15, I had to leave. It was really quiet. I liked that. As I was walking downstairs, I looked back at the balcony. I looked twice because I thought that It was going to dissapear.
During that moment, I felt like Lucy from the Chronicles of Narnia when she first went into the wardrobe and discovered Narnia. I really liked that feeling. I really like our balcony.
I hope it's still there!
