Brussels, Belgium

My friend Claire told me that for Brussels, today was unusually hot. Claire told me that usually there's a lot of rain. I guess today wasn't one of those days!

The two Belgic foods that were on my bucket list were the French fries and a waffle. Luckily, I got to try both. For lunch, I ordered the French fries (with ketchup and mayonnaise on the side) and some small drum sticks. It was a very filling and unhealthy lunch, and the fries were amazing. We then walked it off for a while. We then bought Belgium University sweatshirts. Then, we ate waffles, which was my favorite part of the day. I ordered a waffle with Nutella and Specullos ice cream! They accidentally put chocolate sauce on my waffle instead of Nutella, so that was annoying. Either way, it was delicious!

We also got some macaroons and went to a chocolatiers. Then we went home and fell asleep and ate our treats.
