How I organize my Lilly Pulitzer agenda
About 2 months ago, I ordered a jumbo-sized Red Right Return Lilly Pulitzer agenda. Instead of immediately copying my schedule into my new agenda, I watched a few videos on how to organize your Lilly Pulitzer agenda. Here is one I recommend from FindingFabulous.
Before I start explaining how I organize my LP agenda, I want to bring up the point that everyone has a different schedule. For example, you do not have the same schedule as FindingFabulous, so you shouldn't organize your agenda the exact same way she organizes hers. Instead, take a few tips and think, "How can I use these LP agenda organization tips and adapt them into my agenda so I can organize my schedule efficiently?". At least, that is the question I asked myself before I started organizing mine.
You may notice that a lot of people who make LP agenda organization videos like to use colorful pens for color coding. I decided only use pencil because my schedule is not static; my schedule is constantly changing. If something in my schedule is moved to a different date, postponed, or cancelled, I feel at ease with the fact that I can simply erase the note and move on. I also do not like carrying too many things in my pencil case, including too many colorful pens. To wrap that up, if you have a schedule that is constantly changing, I would advise you to only write in your agenda in pencil.
The photo below this paragraph is my plans for November. Each calendar in the agenda has the same layout. I write in things such as birthdays, appointments, special events, and everything in between. On the right side of the calendar, there is a space where you can write the biggest tasks that you have for that particular month. I write specific times that I have to be somewhere only in the calendar and not in the weekly part of the agenda.

I organize each day based on my class schedule. I write down the assignment and cross it out when I have finished it. I reserve 2 lines at the top of each day for what outfit I am going to wear, what earrings I am going to wear, what my Iphone background will be, what my Mac wallpaper will be, and what my playlist of the day will be. I will write about how I do that in a different blog post.
And last but not least, write neatly in your LP agenda. This agenda is a work of art, so you need to reciprocate by showing this agenda how beautiful your handwriting is.
In conclusion, if you happen to find this post, use my advice to motivate you to think about how you can apply some of my advice to your agenda setup.
